In this dynamic section of our website, we invite you to actively participate, share your insights, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue surrounding health consumer issues and consumer partnerships.
We encourage you to join our statewide network to fully unlock the potential of HCQ Engage. Becoming a member of the Health Consumers Queensland network gives you access to:
- Apply for consumer roles
- Share your thoughts on health issues
- Build your skills and knowledge in consumer partnerships
- Register for events
- Actively participate in online engagement
- Connect with like-minded people
Your voice matters, and together, we can build a stronger, more consumer-centered healthcare system that reflects the diverse needs of our community.
Why should I register?
Registering with HCQ Engage makes it easier to participate in HCQ activities. Consumers have asked us for a better way of applying for roles that avoids them having to repeat their personal details each time. HCQ Engage is a direct response to that feedback.
Applying for roles more easily
The first time you apply for a role, you’ll need to create an account. Once that’s done, you are free to:
- Apply for roles without having to add your personal details
- Register for events such as training
- Use the online engagement space to ask questions and respond to other people’s comments.
When you are logged in, you can use your personal dashboard in HCQ Engage to:
- Keep your details updated
- See your applications
- See the events you have registered for
- Keep an eye on any responses to comments you share
When consumers give us feedback, we listen! We hope HCQ Engage makes it easier for you to work with us.
